Annual Shop and Sip
On December 6, 2023, we hosted our 3rd annual Shop and Sip event for volunteers to “shop” for gifts for the children they advocate for.
President's Volunteer Service Award
At the Shop and Sip, Executive Director, Linda Krieg presented 20 of our volunteer advocates with the President’s Volunteer Service Award. Volunteers who contributed more than 100 hours of their time to their cases received this honorable award.
Concert for a Cause
On November 4, 2023, Manassas Church of the Brethern hosted a concert with proceeds benefitting CASA CIS. Manassas Church of the Breathern hosts events like this several times a year with various local non-profits being the beneficiary.

Volunteer Appreciation Picnic
On July 9, 2023, we hosted a volunteer appreciation event at James Long Park in Haymarket. We can never thank our volunteers enough for the hard work they do while advocating for the most vulnerable children in the community.
