We invite you to be part of an annual Virginia tradition at Philip Carter Winery – a Virginia craft beverage & BBQ festival set in the rolling hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains! We encourage guests to dress in their best Derby attire! We will also be hosting a local vendor marketplace that will be comprised of local artisans, including Altyn Clark Stained Glass, Mark Baker Designs, and CASA CIS.
